About Our Shipping
Walk Pluma ships to customers across the United States as well as to most international destinations. As long as we can validate and reach the delivery address, we'll get your order to you. When placing your order, please double-check that every line of your shipping details is filled in completely and accurately — small omissions are the most common cause of delivery delays.
Most orders arrive within around 7 business days from purchase. After you place an order, our team needs up to 48 hours to process and prepare it for dispatch. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow the parcel in real time. During promotional periods or major holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and we work hard to keep things moving.
A Note for Customers
Adding a phone number at checkout is optional, but we strongly recommend it. Couriers use this number to reach you directly if there are any issues confirming the delivery — a missed call can sometimes mean a missed delivery, so it's worth taking a moment to include it.
If you live in the United Kingdom, please enter your county (or shire) in the City field of your address, and place your town or village name in the Address Line 2 field. This formatting helps Royal Mail and our courier partners route the package correctly.
If you live in Australia, the same principle applies: enter your Local Government Area (LGA) where the City field is requested, and put your suburb, town, or city name on the second address line. Australia Post relies on this structure for accurate sorting.
