Do I order my usual size?

I’ve already tried wide-width shoes. How is this different?
Letter widths like D or 2E make the whole shoe roomier — mostly through the middle, where your foot never needed the help — and the taper at the front stays exactly where it was. Podiatrists draw the same line: a wide shoe is wider through the heel and midfoot as well, while a wide toe box is wider only at the forefoot. Your foot is widest at the toes. Are these barefoot shoes?
